Accel at Longmont Recognized With 2021 Pinnacle Customer Experience Award™
Accel at Longmont has recently been recognized for meeting the rigorous demand of scoring in the top 15% of the nation, across a 12-month average, as the recipient of the 2021 Pinnacle Customer Experience Award™.
Over the course of 2020, a sampling of Accel at Longmont’s customers and their families have participated in monthly telephone interviews that include open-ended questions, as well the opportunity to rate Longmont in specific categories.
The real-time survey results are used to gain a better understanding of the patients/residents’ needs and to make improvements when necessary.
